Plan shows general view of the Tower, streets and surrounding areas, waterfront. Shows course of water pipes in the Tower by letter, explained by key.Scale: 1 inch to 80 feet. Bears stamps of the Board of Ordnance and of the Inspector General of Fortifications (on dorse).
