Folios 386-387: Sir David Milne, Firth of Forth Sea Fencibles, Leith. Reporting his predecessor Captain Clement left Admiral Philips memo dated 10 May 1804. Says 872 men were enrolled. Now has 653, men have left onto armed ships and got protections for the Greenland Fishery. Seeks directions over putting men onto fishing boats that could carry cannonades.
