Folios 234-235: Keith Maxwell, 23 Norfolk Street. Says he was superseded from HMS Tartar 20 August 1804. Says he couldn’t join HMS La Vertu before she sailed for England and followed in the Packet arriving Falmouth 9 October. Requests he’s put on half-pay from his leaving HMS Tatar.
