The Joint Security and Resilience Centre (JSaRC) was founded by the Home Office in 2016 and is part of the Office for Security and Counter Terrorism. The JSaRC is made up of government representatives, academics and professionals from the security sector, including the private sector. Its purpose is to improve collaboration on national security challenges between the private and public sectors.
