Folios 247-248: Keith Maxwell, 33 Charing Cross. He has been ordered to go to Plymouth to give evidence at the trial of Mr. Pasely, late acting Lieutenant, HMS Beaulieu. He tells the Admiralty that he cannot comply with their order as he has not the money for the journey.
