Folios 235-236: Richard Matson, HMS Daphne, the Nore. He asks to be given a dispensing order for his journals when he commanded HMS Beaver in the West Indies in 1797 so that he can be paid. He assures the Admiralty that the papers were sent to England aboard the packet, the Duke of Clarence.
