Description

Folios 5-7: Letter from Admiralty (signed Robert Hall), dated 7 January 1880 to Vice Admiral Coote CB, China Station, informing that the gun at Tinstin is to be retained for the protection of the settlement and for practice of the crews of small vessels stationed in the Peiho River. Contains a cover page (folio 5).
