Folios 543-544: Bartholomew Samuel Rowley, Tendring Hall, Stoke by Nayland, Colchester. Asks that the enclosed [not present] bill incurred by Third Lieutenant Hill of HMS Ramillies, sent to Captain Jonathon Faulkner of HMS Diana, then cruising off Sligo in Ireland, made application to Vice Admiral Kingsmill [Sir Robert Brice Kingsmill, 1st Baronet] who said it would be paid upon application.
