Folios 523-524: Bartholomew Samuel Rowley, HMS Ramillies, Cawsand Bay. Reports that Robert Perrins, serving as a Private marine was bound as an apprentice to Mark Cooper and corresponds to the description in the enclosed letter.
Folios 525-526: enclosure with folios 523-524. Letter dated 13th April 1798 from Mark Cooper of Middle Row, Four Ashes, Wolverhampton. Encloses [not present] an Indenture for Robert Perrins who enlisted in the Marines and now believes he is on HMS Ramillies and requests his discharge.
