Folios 456-457: enclosure with folios 454-455. Letter dated 20 June 1794 by Rear Admiral of the Red Henry Harvey, Commander-in-Chief of Barbados and the Leeward Islands to James Ross, HMS Eurus. At a Court Martial on board HMS Vanguard, James Cullen, private Marine was sentenced to death but has deferred the Execution at His Majesty's Pleasure and requires he be kept in safe custody until your arrival in England and further orders are recieved.
