Folios 216-217: Thomas Rawe, HMS Royal Oak, Portsmouth Harbour. Encloses weekly Journal of Proceedings for the prison ships and on shore prisons under his command.
Folios 218-219: enclosure with folios 204-205. Journal of Proceedings for the prisons and prison ships at Portsmouth and the neighbourhood, 19 November 1797 to 25 November 1797 compiled by Thomas Rawe. HM Ships Pegase and Prothee also mentioned and the arrival of HMS Scarborough transport ship from Ireland with French prisoners on Friday 24 November 1797.
