Folios 204-205: Thomas Rawe, HMS Royal Oak, Portsmouth Harbour. Encloses weekly Journal of Proceedings for the prison ships and on shore prisons under his command.
Folios 206-207: enclosure with folios 204-205. Journal of Proceedings for the prisons and Prison ships at Portsmouth and the neighbourhood, 20 August 1797 to 26 August 1797 compiled by Thomas Rawe. Mentions on 24 August 1797complaints being made by the French prisoners against the surgeon of Portchester hospital, and that 58 prisoners were discharged into the cartels for France on 25 August 1797. HM Ships Prothee, Pegase and Sultan also mentioned.
