Requests that if the Admiralty are happy to appoint Lieutenant John Gore to HMS Melampus from HMS Formidable, his Commission may be sent to the Commissioner's offce at Cawsand Bay, so that he can come out in HMS Glenmore to join the Melmpus at Cork.
