Description

Folios 447-448: John Monkton, HMS Mars, Hamoaze. Requesting a replacement of his Master at Arms, John Miers, who is 'much addicted to drunkenness'. He recommends Thomas Tarne for his sobriety and diligence, to replace Miers.
