Folios 439-440: John Monkton, La Lutine, Sheerness. Requesting more men as the ship is very heavily rigged and has anchors and cables equal to thirty eight gun Frigates. The ships Magicienne, La Nymphe and Unite are of the same class and have two hundred and fifty four men to La Lutine's two hundred and forty.
