Map 30. United States of America: Washington. Extract from Map 29 traced by John Arrowsmith to accompany his letter of 29 September 1856 to the Hudson Bay Company. The tracing is coloured and shows Washington only. There is a note signed by Arrowsmith dated 2 October 1856 at the foot of the map. Note by Arrowsmith of 8 October 1856. Arrowsmith states that the original was printed for the U S Government. In a volume of maps on the Juan de Fuca boundary question sent to Admiral Prevost, 12 June 1872.
