'The Harbor of Annapolis Founded upon a Triangulation Survey Under the direction of A D Bache Superintendent of the Survey of the Coast of the United States...Published in 1846'. Chart with four views of entrances to Annapolis Harbour. Tables of tides and magnetic variation. Scale 1 inch to 1 mile. Sailing directions. Compass star. Surveyed by James Ferguson, Ferdinand H Gerdes, Assistants, under the direction of Lieutenant George M Bache. Engraved by J H Young, electrotype copy by C Mathiot, USCS. Engraved by O Lawson, Washington. Plan number 51 of the Anglo-American Fishery Commission Atlas of 1862, with a manuscript line drawn across the mouth of the Severn River to show fishing limits.The commissioners' and U S surveyor's names have been added.
