Folios 228-229: Pulteney Malcolm, HMS Donegal, at sea. Acknowledges the letter asking why he did not issue a smart ticket to John Rush when he was wounded in action. Reports that Rush was not wounded in action, but sent to Haslar Hospital with an ulcerated leg and has since been invalided.
