Folios 226-227: Pulteney Malcolm, HMS Donegal, Spithead. Explains that the French seamen who appear on the Donegal's bounty list are there because they entered voluntarily at Jamaica, having been captured in the Jupiter. They have done their duty and did not present any danger. If the Admiralty decides they should not remain in the service, asks if he can at least pay them their wages. He is about to sail for Plymouth and asks that the Admiralty's reply be sent there.
