Folios 204-205: Micajah Malbon, HMS Hebe, Princes Island, Africa. Reports that when he was fitting out HMS Aurora in December 1803, Carpenter James Sellers deserted after being exchanged into the ship from HMS Mercury. The same man, under the name of Smith, is now Carpenter of HMS Arab. He has asked Captain Keith Maxwell to report him to the Admiralty so he can be court martialled for desertion.
