Folios 158-159: George McKinley, HMS Lively, in the Tagus. Reports that when he arrived he learned that the Princess of Brazil had given birth to a daughter, and that the Portuguese men of war, forts and castle would offer a salute. When the Portuguese vessels had finished their salute, he fired 21 guns in honour of the occasion.
