Folios 154-155: George McKinley, HMS Lively, Falmouth. States the case of Patrick Downey and reports that he matches the description in the letters the Admiralty sent to him. Downey was sent aboard from HMS Salvador del Mundo at Plymouth last June.
Folios 156-157: enclosed with folios 154-155. Letter dated 25 November 1806 from Patrick Downey, Ropers, Rest Lane, Black Pitts No 2, Dublin. Seeks the discharge of his son and apprentice Patrick Downey, who is aboard HMS Lively.
