Folios 137-138: George McKinley, HMS Lively, Falmouth. States the case of Daniel Fisher, who was discharged into the ship from HMS Beschermer. The Surgeon reports that he is sufficiently ill with asthma and consumption that he will be transferred to a hospital ship before the Lively sails.
Folios 139-140: enclosed with folios 137-138. Letter dated 13 November 1806 from Samuel Fisher, surgeon dentist assistant, 45 Leicester Square, to the Admiralty. Seeks the discharge of his brother Daniel Fisher, who is aboard HMS Lively at Falmouth but in such poor health that he is unfit for duty.
