Folios 115-116: George McKinley, HMS Lively, the River Tagus. Reports that he met Vice Admiral Lord Collingwood and the nine ships listed in the margin off Cadiz on 9 August and delivered the letters and despatches. He picked up HMS Sophie, two transports and the Industrious of Liverpool that evening and reached Gibraltar with the store ship HMS Camel and the convoy on 13 August. He spoke HMS Tigre bound for Tetuan and found at Gibraltar HMS Neptune, HMS Seahorse, HMS Weazle and HMS Pylades. Leaving the next morning he reached the Tagus yesterday and found Admiral the Earl St Vincent there. Since HMS Star and HMS Curieux are not present, he will await the arrival of the packet and then carry out his previous orders. Encloses [not present] the state and condition of his ship. He has ordered HMS Milbrook to cruise off Oporto until HMS Raven and her convoy for England have cleared the coast.
