Folios 113-114: George McKinley, HMS Lively, off Lisbon. Reports that two days ago he spoke Rear Admiral Eliab Harvey off Cape Finisterre. The Admiral had spoken to HMS Venus, who reported she had parted company with eight of her convoy on 30 July. HMS Raven separatetd yesterday morning to escort those vessels bound for Oporto, and he has seen those bound for Lisbon to safety and is now proceeding with the rest of the convoy.
