Folios 111-112: George McKinley, HMS Lively, Falmouth. Acknowledges the letter asking him to state the case of Peter Whitehead. He was pressed at Liverpool in February by an officer from the rendezvous, and has now been sent aboard HMS Tromp to await the Admiralty's pleasure. Returns [not present] the enclosures.
