Folios 103-104: George McKinley, HMS Lively, Falmouth. Reports that after sailing from Plymouth with a convoy to Portugal and the Mediterranean yesterday, he was joined off Falmouth by HMS Raven and other ships for the convoy. This morning the wind veered Westerly and the convoy was forced back to Falmouth together with HMS Camel. Encloses [not present] a convoy list.
