Folios 277-278: David Ramsay, Leith Rendezvous. Informing that three pounds has been paid for the apprehension of a deserter. A quotation is given from the Navy Board on the subject of rewarding the capture of deserters. The cost of fuelling expenses is given, and the reason for Captain Ramsay refusing to pay for the susbsistence of a deserter.
