Folios 271-272: Wilson Rathborne, North Shields. Transmitting a report on the case of Richard Stroud, sent to the Nore by the Eliza Tender. He encloses Stroud's Protection. Stroud was impressed by Lieutenant Fullton and for the service, because he had served at sea.
Folios 273-274: enclosure with folios 271-272. Letter dated 3 July 1813 from Abraham Peell of George Yard, Lombard Street. Transmitting the indenture of Richard Stroud, apprentice to Mr John Snowdon of South Shields. He is detained on the Tender at Shields and his Protection is now with Captain Rathborne.
Folios 275-276: enclosure with folios 271-272. Protection from impressment document for Richard Stroud, who is apprentice to John Snowdon of South Shields.
