Folios 222-223: Wilson Rathborne, North Shields. Transmitting a report on the case of Henry Starling on board the Transit. He was impressed by Lieutenant Fullton at North Shields and had been two years at sea. Enclosed is the Protection on the Affadvit of a Master who knew him.
Folio 224-225: Enclosures with folios 222-223: Letter dated 19 June 1813 by John Norman of Water Lane, Tower Street, enclosing the Register of Birth and Baptism of Henry Starling to prove he is under age and should be discharged.
Folio 226: Enclosure with folios (224-225) 222-223: Birth and Baptism Certificate of Henry Starling, signed by R. T. Gough, Rector of Blakeney, Norfolk.
