Description

Folios 500-501: Joshua Mulock, HMS Hindostan, Deptford. Acknowledges the letter of 8 October and encloses a copy of his letter to Vice Admiral Lord Keith on the same subject.

Folios 502-503: enclosed with folios 500-501. Copy of a letter dated 11 May 1800 from Captain Joshua Mulock, HMS Hindostan, Port Mahon, to Vice Admiral Lord Keith, Commander in Chief, Mediterranean. States the case of Christopher Iverson, who is claimed as a Danish citizen by Mr Wolf, the Danish Consul. Iverson has served 14 years in the Navy, states that he is not married in Denmark or any other country, and has no document to show he is a Danish citizen.
