Folio 451: Joshua Mulock, HMS Hindostan, Spithead. Encloses [not present] a list of ships which have accepted convoy instructions and also a letter received today from Falmouth.
Folios 452-453: attached to folio 451. Letter dated 27 December 1799 from J Miller, Falmouth, addressed to the commanding officer of the convoy about to depart for the Mediterranean. Asks him call in at Falmouth to collect eight vessels which are awaiting convoy and another which is coming around from Fowey. Several of them tried to reach Portsmouth to join the convoy but were turned back by foul winds at Start Point.
