Folios 439-440: Zachary Mudge, HMS Fly, off the Isle of Pelee. Reports he arrived yesterday after waiting off Barfleur for information which did not arrive. There is only the guard ship in Cherbourg Harbour and he turned away several neutral vessels trying to enter. Postscript. He is down to five Butts of water, will soon have to go into Portsmouth.
