Folios 424-425: Zachary Mudge, HMS Fly, off Cherbourg. Reports the capture of a vessel which had sailed from Pillo, Prussia, and said she was bound for Oporto. In her hold he found weapons and a new 13-inch cable. The vessel has been sent into Portsmouth, Believes the frigate in the harbour was waiting for her naval stores before joining a squadron bound for the West Indies. He has chased a convoy from Le Havre into Barfleur after they escaped from La Hogue.
