Folios 229-231: Letter from Admiralty (signed Evan Macgregor), dated 4 February 1887 to Vice Admiral Hamilton CB, China, enquiring what the smallest staff would be to keeping Whitehead torpedoes at Hong Kong especially in regards to the Cordelia and Calliope which have torpedoes on board which may shortly be expected to be at China Station.
