Folios 90-93: Letter from Admiralty, Whitehall, S.W. dated 23 December 1889 to Vice Admiral Sir Nowell Salmon VC KCB, China, informing that a new system for the supply of Welsh Steam Coal for depots abroad has been established. A copy of a new contract of the supply of coal through agents in Cardiff has been attached to this letter (folio 91) as well as the agreements (folios 92-93).
