Folios 76-77: Letter from Admiralty (signed Robert Hall), dated 10 June 1882 to Vice Admiral Willes CB, China, confirming that moorings at Shanghai and the sale of unserviceable stones are approved but that the moorings at Shanghai should be taken on charge by the Master attendant at Hong Kong Yard. A document showing the position of naval moorings at Shanghai Harbour has been enclosed [removed with reference MPI 492/4].
