Folios 263-264: George Reynolds, Deal. Informing that Martin Smith of the Ramsgate Rendevous broke his leg while boarding the [brig Mahon?], on the service of impressing. He was taken on shore under the care of the Ramsgate Surgeon, Mr Daniel, whose bill is enclosed, toether with the Declaration of Martin Smith.
Folio 265-266: enclosure with folios 263-264. The invoice of the Surgeon M Daniel for treating the leg fracture of Martin Smith on 28 October 1806, and the cost of the medicines. the total was £6.9s.6d.
Folio 267: enclosure with folios 263-264. Declaration of Martin Smith about his injury, and a Petition for the expenses to be refunded.
