Folios 258-259: George Reynolds, Deal. Enclosing a letter received from hi Lieutenants and a memorial.
Folio 260: enclosure with folios 258-259. Letter dated June 24 1807 from Deal, signed by five Lieutenants, enclosing a letter for the Admiralty. The Lieutenants are: Harry Dawe (Margate), William Hutchinson (Ramsgate), Arthur Thomas Gregory (Dover), [Hugh]? Anderson (Deal) and [John[? Rundell (Deal).
Folio 261-262: enclosure with folios 258-259: Letter dated June 24 from the five Lieutenants at Deal appealing for their pay to be raised to that of Lieutenants of a First Rate, because of the high cost of living in the area.
