Folios 258-259: Richard Raggett, HMS Spencer, Hamoaze. Reporting on embarking of troops with other officers from Penobscot when Major General Gasselise did. The 29th regiment and the transports were so crowded with the officers and men, the 62nd regiment and the remainder of the 29th that the officers of the 62nd could not be accommodated. Major Hodge with part of the 29th came on board the Spencer. Major [Fl?] of the staff of Major General Durral was accommodated on the [B?].
