Folios 234-235: James Rose, HMS Hearty, Yarmouth. As ordered by RA Sir Charles Rowley, he has been cruising off Hamboro Head impressing crew. He detained John Inkstar, George Woods and Benjamin Dobson and believes their impressing is valid. He enclosed the Indentures & Protections relating to them.
