Folios 224-225: John Charles Richardson, Waterford Impress Rendezvous. e requests that he hire a tender as it is impossible to secure a great number of men in the rendezvous at one time. On 12 May he received a letter acquainting him that HMS Pelorus has been sent and the men taken to Plymouth.
Folio 226: enclosure with folios 224-225. Note dated 15 May 1815 from John Charles Richardson requesting a tender to lie at Waterford.
