Description

Folios 233-234: Peter Rye, HMS Porpoise, Harwich. Has ordered HMS Aggressor to be refitted at Harwich and her stores, provisions and rigging have been removed on preparation, awaits confirmation on orders to continue rather than send her to Sheerness.

Folio 235: enclosure in folios 233-234. Admiralty note dated 7th April 1814 to Peter Rye, HMS Porpoise, Harwich. We have given directions to the officers at Harwich to make good the defects on HMS Aggressor.
