Folio 257: enclosure to folios 255-256. A list of Warrant officers on board HMS Blossom signed by Captain Joshua Rowley. William Lesley, Gunner and William Kingston, Carpenter are described as good men deserving of promotion. The third, Thomas Jones, he describes as a drunkard.
