Folios 253-254: John Ross, HMS Acteon, Yarmouth Roads. He reports his arrival together with a convoy from Archangel, a list of which has been transmitted through the Commander in Chief at Leith. He has put into this anchorage for supplies and because of the bad weather. He will sail back to Leith, as ordered by Admiral Hope, once his ship is in good order.
