Folios 152-153: A letter from J Hatton on behalf of John Stormont of North Shields, a ship owner. He demands immediate payment of £45.17.9d in damages and costs arising from the impress of his apprentice William Baister by the Midshipman Mr James Bell. If this request is not complied with he will initiate legal proceedings and therefore asks for the name of the solicitor to whom he can send documents.
