Sends a return of the ships in the anchorage [not present], and a list of the convoy from Helvoet for the Downs [not present] under the protection of HMS Aggressor and also a letter from Lieutenant William Price commanding HMS Bruiser regarding payment.
Folio 213: enclosure in folios 211-212. Letter dated 3 April 1814 from Lieutenant William Price of HMS Bruiser to Captain Peter Rye, HMS Porpoise, Harwich. Sends in the Pay Books and asks for the ship to be paid.
