Folios 255-256: Peter Rye, HM Armed Ship Providence, the Humber. Acknowledges the letter directing him to cancel order for the convoy to the Baltic which was due to leave on 5 December. Because he suspects that this means the Admiralty does not wish Swedish-registered vessels to sail from England, he has ordered the six vessels he lists to be held in the Humber and notified Rear Admiral Lord Gardner of this action.
