Folios 149-150: Charles Rowley, HMS Eagle, Mahon. Reports his agents have notified him that £9 12s 11d was deducted from his pay for the year 1809 because an allotment which was not charged to the invaliding ticket of John Mann, who was discharged at Haslar. Asks for the deduction to be refunded as he was on leave at the time Mann was discharged.
