Folios 136-137: Lieutenant Charles Robb, Deptford Yard. Points out that Captain Edward Parkinson of the 33rd Regiment, who carried home the military despatches reporting the capitulation of the Ile of Bourbon, was rewarded with a promotion to Major and the sum of £500 to defray his expenses. As he carried the naval despatches from the same engagement, asks what his reward might be.
